While I don’t generally work with kids, especially this young, I couldn’t help but resist and shoot my adorable niece.

When I got to my sis-in-law’s place, she came down and we started to lay out the blanket in the living room. Then we took a little bit of time to go through nursery rhyme books to decide what scenes we wanted to build.

Little Old Lady who Lived in a Shoe

Each scene was then built with all the wonderful fluffy things we could find. Total time about 90min. Ridiculously-cute-baby was awake and on set for probably about 20min of that whole time. Super-Awesome-Mom was trying to explain this shoot to her family: “so we put the baby on the floor and stood on a ladder and only took 2 shots…ok, maybe I’m explaining it wrong.” Don’t worry, Super-Awesome-Mom. I think the results speak for themselves.
